UGANDA VANILLA EXTRACT-DOUBLE STRENGTH (extracted in brandy)

If I had to choose a favorite vanilla bean, Ugandan would be it. For this extract, I’ve used  DOUBLE STRENGTH  amounts of Ugandan beans and infused them in brandy to enhance their natural richness. Ugandan vanilla is especially great for bringing out the flavors in chocolate or adding depth to barbecue sauces. My testers can’t get enough of this one, using it in nearly everything and constantly asking for more.
