SOUTH ASIA BLEND VANILLA EXTRACT  (extracted in rum)

I’m a big fan of blends, and this one is no exception. By combining similar yet subtly different beans from India, Indonesia &  Sri Lanka, the result is an extract that offers a flavor both familiar and slightly more complex. The taste of rum will mostly bake away in cookies and cakes, but you may notice a slight rum note in non-baked goods. Vanilla remains the dominant flavor in this classic all-purpose extract.
