MADAGASCAR VANILLA EXTRACT-DOUBLE STRENGTH (extracted in vodka)
Madagascar vanilla beans—the classic and beloved vanilla—are offered at DOUBLE STRENGTH, extracted in neutral vodka. This rich, slightly syrupy extract offers a deeper flavor, allowing you to use half the amount called for in your recipe. However, most people opt to use the full amount for an enhanced, more intense vanilla flavor. 
   A minimal amount of sugar—just 2% by weight—is added to aid the extraction process, but this will not contribute any noticeable sweetness to your recipes. If you avoid sugar entirely, we recommend one of our other products.
