AFRICA BLEND VANILLA EXTRACT  (extracted  in neutral alcohol)

Africa is the heart of modern vanilla cultivation, and here I’ve chosen beans from three of the continent’s top producers (Uganda, Tanzania & Comoros) to create a rich, dark vanilla. Extracted in neutral alcohol, this blend allows the vanilla to shine through clearly. This is a deep, all-purpose extract perfect for a variety of uses.

A small amount of sugar—just 2% by weight—is added to support the extraction process, but it will not impact the sweetness of your recipes. If you avoid sugar entirely, I recommend one of my other extracts.
